marks on phal leaf
Comments (3)Thanks Greenthumb, but this is the second leaf up. The plant looks ok otherwise putting out new roots and a new leaf as you can see I also repotted over a month ago in new bark mix(I am trying to repot all twenty with bark mix for the new year) and clear pots I order them on line can't get them here. As I said I used phyton so I hope whatever it is will stop here. I think the clear pot will be much better to catch a problem sooner. But its just so frustrating, each time you think you have them figured out a new problem pops up :( anyways I am in this for the long haul. I REALLY LOVE ORCHIDS. Thanks again. :).its also loosing a bottom leaf which is normal since it put out a new one. VELLETA...See MoreRed Markings on Appleblossom Leaf
Comments (10)Eep! That mite damage sounds like the little red squiggles I noticed on my red Hippeastrum just after I divided it from its daughter. There were some bumps on the edge of some leaves that I caught my hands on while I divided. Not as sawtoothy as Hans pic, yet. Is orthanex also a systemic for roses? I think there may be a bottle of the granular in the house, if it is. Were you using a liquid form and would the granular work? If none of those what type of sulfur should I look for at the pharmacy? (Chemical formulas won't scare me if they're under 15 characters long.) I assume I'll have to treat all three of my plants (the red & daughter and my appleblossom) as they've all been sitting together....See MoreTiny "bites" on tomatoes?

Comments (7)I don't have a way to snap a picture to put online. It is not cats because it starts with tiny circle holes... itty bitty ones. I found a little worm or caterpillar of some sort on a leaf the other day. Green and less than half an inch. I got rid of him but it was just one I found. I still think it could be earwigs, but not seeing any. The two plants are about 2.5 feet around. Only one is getting damage on it. The other is just fine....See Morevgkg Z-7 Va
